Hi there, my name is Jack from JR Planning Architecture, thank you for visiting my website. To give a little info on my background, I started in the architectural industry as an apprentice for a large construction design and project management firm in the south of England as an architectural technician. Here I learnt and developed my skills from scratch under the close guidance of a team with several decades of combined experience, working as part of a team to take on multi-million pound projects in healthcare, education and housing. Along side this I studied a Level 3 BTEC in Construction & the Built Environment followed by a Level 4 HNC focusing on the same topic.

After working for this firm for many years I spotted an opportunity to solve a particular set of issues that I saw coming up time and time again with projects on the more simple and/or smaller side, the cost of getting plans done, and the length of time that it can take to get them back when choosing a traditional architecture firm, therefore JR Planning Architecture was created.

The aim of the business is to provide cost effective planning drawings in a swift manner, therefore considerably shortening the lengthy process of gaining planning permission, and to be able to deliver quality architectural plans at a price that’s not going to break the bank!
